The 6th Dimension

Time Does Not Heal.
Time Multiplies.

You've probably heard "time heals all wounds." It doesn't. Time is a multiplier. Whatever is happening inside you right now — good or bad — time makes more of it. That changes everything about how you approach change.

What You'll Learn

This page explains why time isn't just a backdrop — it's an active force that amplifies whatever is happening inside you. You'll learn how your brain locks in a version of reality, why bad patterns get worse without intervention, and why the same ten years can destroy one person and transform another. If you've ever wondered why "time heals all wounds" never quite worked — this is why.

Why This Matters

The Five Variables Explain the Moment.
Time Explains the Pattern.

The Zeaba Model explains why you react a certain way in any given moment — your wiring, your brain chemistry, your environment, what triggered you, and whether you were conscious or on autopilot.

But those five variables don't explain the bigger questions:

Why does a bad habit that barely bothered you at 25 run your life at 40?

Why do two siblings raised in the same home turn out completely different?

Why does someone who seemed fine after a trauma suddenly fall apart years later?

Why does doing "the work" — therapy, exercise, self-awareness — seem to add up over time even when no single session felt like a breakthrough?

The answer is time. Every time a painful pattern repeats without being addressed, the groove gets deeper. Every time you're running on empty and react on autopilot, the damage compounds. But every time you show up consciously, every time you do the work — time compounds that too.

Time doesn't pick sides. It amplifies whatever direction you're already going.

Same ten years. Radically different lives. The difference isn't willpower. It's what time was multiplying.

In the Zeaba Model, ΔTime is not a passive backdrop — it is an active sixth dimension that interacts with all five variables simultaneously.

Every time an engram fires without reconsolidation, the synaptic pathway deepens and CTZ becomes more negative. Every time V5 (Witness/consciousness) is offline during a trigger, Historical Entropy increases. Every time V2 (neurochemical state) is depleted and the system runs on autopilot, time amplifies the structural damage.

The opposite is equally true: every conscious intervention, every CRS (Controlled Rage Session) that opens a reconsolidation window, every repaired rupture — ΔTime amplifies the structural repair.

How Your Reality Was Built

Before Time Can Multiply Anything, Your Reality Has to Form First

Think about any strong memory you have. At the moment it happened, there were infinite ways you could have experienced it. But your brain locked in one version — based on how you were feeling, whether you were safe, and how aware you were in that moment.

That locked-in version became your reality. Not a "version" of reality. Your actual reality. This is why three people can witness the same event and walk away with three completely different truths about what happened.

Before the Moment

Before you experience something, all possibilities exist. The event hasn't "happened" for you yet — not in any fixed way.

👁

The Moment of Experience

Your awareness locks in one version. If you were calm and present, you get a clean recording. If you were stressed or shut down, the recording comes out distorted or incomplete.

🔬

It Gets Wired In

That experience gets physically wired into your brain as a memory circuit. How strong or fragile that circuit is depends on your state when it was created — not on "what really happened."

🌎

That Becomes Your Truth

That circuit doesn't just remember what happened — it is what happened, for you. Your brain doesn't store facts. It stores the reality it created in that moment.

Time Takes Over

From that point on, every time that memory fires, time either deepens the groove (if nothing changes) or rewires it (if you do the work with the right conditions).

This is why trauma can feel like it's still happening — right now, in your body. Your brain never fully "finished" recording it. The memory stays unresolved, like an open loop that keeps replaying.

The experience happened once. Time has been multiplying its effects ever since.

Quantum Subjective Reality (QSR) is the Zeaba Model's framework for understanding how individual reality forms at the intersection of quantum mechanics and neuroscience.

Reality exists in quantum superposition until the Observer/Witness (V5) collapses the wave function into a particle state, which then becomes encoded as memory engrams in synaptic networks via Long-Term Potentiation (Kandel's Nobel Prize work).

The 5-Stage Process:

  • Stage 1 — Superposition: V4 (Content) exists as a quantum wave — infinite possible interpretations before observation.
  • Stage 2 — Observation: V5 (Witness) collapses the wave. V2 state determines quality: ventral vagal = clean collapse, sympathetic = partial collapse, dorsal vagal = FAILED collapse (traumatic superposition).
  • Stage 3 — Encoding: Collapsed state encodes via LTP. CTZ assigned based on V5 presence, V2 polyvagal state, V3 context, and V1 pattern bias.
  • Stage 4 — Individual Reality: The engram IS that person's reality. Not a memory OF what happened — what actually happened FOR THEM.
  • Stage 5 — ΔTime Multiplication: Engram either deepens (fires without reconsolidation → more negative CTZ → Historical Entropy increases) or transforms (fires with V5 + resourced V2 → reconsolidation window → CTZ elevates).

Trauma engrams remain in partial superposition because V5 was offline during encoding — the wave never fully collapsed, which is why traumatic memories feel timeless and present rather than "past."

The term "Quantum Subjective Reality" and the complete framework connecting quantum mechanics → engram formation → individual reality is entirely original to the Zeaba Model.

The Three Rules

Three Simple Rules That Predict Where You're Headed

Rule 1: Change requires fuel + awareness, working against old patterns.
Your ability to change depends on two things happening at the same time: your brain has the physical capacity to rewire (through exercise, sleep, and nutrition), AND you're consciously present. The more unresolved baggage you carry, the harder the system has to work — but it's never impossible.

Rule 2: Stability builds across generations.
Every conscious choice you make — every time you pause instead of react, every time you repair after losing it — adds up. And it doesn't just add up for you. A parent's conscious work literally becomes better wiring in their child's brain.

Rule 3: Your future behavior is shaped by your current state + your history, multiplied by time.
Where you're headed isn't random. It's a function of your brain chemistry right now, plus the patterns you've built over your lifetime, multiplied by however long they keep running. Change your current state, and you change the direction time is pushing you.

These aren't metaphors. They're predictable patterns. Given where you are right now, we can see where you're heading — and more importantly, what to change to shift the trajectory.

Equation 1 — The Change Equation:

Change ∝ (Neuroplasticity × Present-Moment Awareness) ÷ Historical Entropy
  • Neuroplasticity: Brain's capacity to restructure. Driven by BDNF and ANP from Zone 2 cardio, sleep, and nutrition. Cannot be willed — must be physiologically created.
  • Present-Moment Awareness: V5 (Witness) active + V2 resourced. Both required simultaneously.
  • Historical Entropy: Accumulated weight of all unprocessed low-CTZ engrams. Acts as resistance (denominator), not a ceiling.

Equation 2 — System Stability:

System Stability = Σ(Conscious Interventions) ÷ ΔTime(Generational)
  • Every CRS session, paused parenting moment, and repaired rupture adds to the numerator.
  • Compounds over generations — a parent's interventions become the child's higher-CTZ V1 architecture.

Equation 3 — Behavioral Prediction:

Behavior(Future) = f(V2 Dynamic + Engram Initial) × ΔTime
  • V2 Dynamic: Current changeable neurochemical state — the intervention lever.
  • Engram Initial: Historical anchor (original CTZ from encoding). Must be reconsolidated, not ignored.
  • ΔTime: The multiplier. Same starting conditions + different time = radically different outcomes.

The Master Equation:

Reality(Individual) = QSR(V1, V2, V3, V4, V5) × ΔTime

QSR = quantum collapse process that forms engrams. V1-V5 = the measurement apparatus. ΔTime = the multiplier that determines trajectory.

Same Starting Point

Three People. Same Wound. Different Choices. Different Lives.

Imagine three people, all carrying the same moderate emotional wound. All three feel reactive, sometimes depleted, sometimes able to catch themselves — sometimes not. They're all at the same starting line.

The only difference is what they do next — and how long they keep doing it.

Person A

Does Nothing

Year 5 The same reaction has fired hundreds of times. It takes less to set them off now.
Year 10 The pattern is now "who they are." Triggers daily. People walk on eggshells.
Year 20 Small things cause big reactions. Fragile system. "That's just who I am."
Person B

Works on the Body Only

Year 5 Exercises, sleeps well, eats right. Feels better overall. But the wound is still there.
Year 10 More resilient. Bounces back faster. But still gets triggered the same way.
Year 20 Manages well. But the core pattern remains. "I manage it well."
Person C

Full Protocol

Year 2 Restores the body AND does the deep work. The wound starts to actually heal, not just quiet down.
Year 5 The old trigger barely registers. New responses are becoming automatic.
Year 10 Structural transformation. Same stimulus, completely different person. "I'm not the same person."

Same three people. Same starting wound. The only difference was what time was multiplying.

All three start with CTZ -40 (moderate trauma engram), V2 occasionally depleted, V5 inconsistent, moderate Historical Entropy.

  • Trajectory A (No Intervention): Year 5: CTZ -55. Year 10: CTZ -70, pattern = "personality." Year 20: CTZ approaching -85, system fragile.
  • Trajectory B (V2 Only): Year 5: CTZ stable at -40, V2 improved via Zone 2 cardio/sleep/nutrition. Year 10: CTZ -35 to -40. Year 20: Holding pattern, engram unchanged.
  • Trajectory C (V2 + V5 + CRS): Year 2: Multiple reconsolidation windows, CTZ elevated to -25. Year 5: CTZ -10, Historical Entropy reduced. Year 10: CTZ +10 to +20, structural transformation.

Each variable also has a snapshot vs. trajectory dimension across ΔTime:

  • V1 (Software): Engrams either deepen (more negative CTZ) or elevate via reconsolidation. Historical Entropy accumulates or reduces.
  • V2 (Mindset): Chronic state creates baseline. Years of depletion = fragile. Years of restoration = resilient.
  • V3 (Environment): Chronic V3 shapes what "normal" feels like. Decades in threatening V3 = hypervigilance baseline.
  • V4 (Content): Repeated exposure + same response = deeper pathway. Repeated exposure + reconsolidation = elevated CTZ.
  • V5 (Witness): Trainable. Years of practice = higher baseline. Years of autopilot = V5 atrophy.

The 6th Dimension

Time Is Already Running

You're already inside this equation.

Time isn't waiting for you to start. Right now — today, this week — it's multiplying whatever is happening inside you. If you're running on empty and reacting on autopilot, time is digging those grooves deeper. If you're showing up, doing the work, and staying conscious — time is building something new.

There's no neutral gear. The multiplier is always on.

But here's the good news: the same force that compounded the damage can compound the repair. The same ten years that dug the hole can fill it back in and build something stronger. Time doesn't care which direction — it just amplifies consistency.

The five variables explain any single moment. Time explains the life. And the life is still being written.

The work is not to change time.
The work is to change what time is amplifying.
